What do you think the CCA will be like for you?
: I think it'll be interesting based on the dependency of my unit for orders or guidance. As well as how general training will go.
What are you expected to do in the CCA?
: Sustenation of the Union through affirmation of laws, maintenance of the citizenry and that of their civility. Protection of civil society.
How are you expected to act in the CCA?
: Conservation of professionalism at all times but viability with inter-unit communication. Overly non-loquacious behavior towards citizens of non-proletarian, blue collar or white collar status. Psychological evaluation required of units displaying exceedingly sadistic or non-standard cognitive, or behavioral issues.
What is your characters background story?:
Born in a time approximately some era prior to the events that led civilization to this state of affairs, Yuli pursued a upper-class life in one of the largest cities in Europe -- That of Moscow. He begun studying some time in his late teens to early twenties, at Lomonosov Moscow State University. During this time he lived in a large apartment (As financed by his family), and was in the process of obtaining the Eastern equivalent of a 6-year program to achieve a status as a Medical Doctor. Following his completion of study at Moscow, he became a general physician in Russia's equivalent to a walk-in clinic in Moscow. It was during this period that Yuliy married. In the most unfortunate of scenarios, this was also the period in which the Seven Hour War occurred.
In the process by which Yuliy was moving to The United Kingdom by plane, the Combine decidedly intervened and disrupted the electronics of, and furthermore shot down, the plane that Yuliy was on. Instead of outright dying, Yuli quite simply grabbed a parachute and escaped prior to the plane's outright detonation. It is of his estimation that his wife is deceased, but to digress, he landed somewhere within the wilds as all Hell broke loose within the cities of the World. In the wilds wherein he survived for several hours, perhaps a day, before making his way to the rubble of a nearby city. This is where he was captured, beaten, and rendered as one of the many surviving denizens of Earth. To this day he has continued to live a quiet, uneventful life with no infractions.
