Alstro Charauth

Alright so I'll just get down to business so , what I would like is I would like to have a crew before the union took over earth my crew will basically be a resistance group now since the union have taken over I would like to include other people to be in my crew but I haven't met anyone I would like to be in it I am currently making a backstory for them but could I have auth for them to actually exist with out ass pulling it ? , I would also like some things Like basic weaponry and some gasmask's also with a Secret base. My crew would basically help Citizen in the city by supplying them with foods and items such as Antibiotics or some pain killers and such food's and liquids as Real water, Sandwiches and some apples basically a lot of main foods my crew would Mainly be a Helping group but when the time is needed we will Resist against the Union and if we have to we will try to kill them. I would also like to have this group for awhile and I wouldn't want it to die immediately after getting auth ( If I do get auth that is ) also My crew wouldn't be malnourished at all as they have been eating real food for a long time now .

ALSO If you would like to be apart of this group you will /NEED/ a new character for this You can choose the name and make him special make him different from others .
